Returns and refunds

You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days.

The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day ‘on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.’
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit statement (e.g. letter sent by post or e-mail to Torrefazione Poli srl, Viale Europa 2, 24048 Treviolo (BG) – servizioclienti@espressoexperience.it).

If you withdraw from this contract, you will be reimbursed for all payments you have made to us, including delivery costs, in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
Such refunds will be made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. The refund may be suspended until the goods are received or until the consumer has demonstrated that he has returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

Please return the goods or deliver them to us within 14 days of the day on which you notified us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the 14-day period expires. You will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. The purchased item may be returned even if partially damaged, and you are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
